Unlike others, TYRUN evolves.

tyrun
bike
TYRUN is a new kind of fitness race — born in Belgium, built for the modern hybrid athlete. We combine cardio machines (like running, biking, rowing, skiing) with functional strength movements (like kettlebell swings, lunges, box jumps, and carries), all packed into a seasonal competition format.

The structure stays consistent, but the workouts, distances, and weights change every season — challenging athletes to adapt, reset, and rise again. The result? A constantly refreshing, high-performance race format that rewards versatility, endurance, and grit.
